The project was developed with the ambition of creating an ideal living and study environment for students in Copenhagen. The property has been converted from commercial use to residential and has undergone a comprehensive interior and exterior renovation. Originally built in 1911, the building was used as an industrial property consisting of a front building and a rear building. The rear building houses 45 student apartments, complemented by a landscaped courtyard and large rooftop terraces as part of the shared communal areas. The student units are arranged across the 1st and 2nd floors, with long corridors, stairwells, shared laundry facilities, and bicycle parking.
