This historic estate was commissioned as a winter residence for Viscount Johan Ludvig Holstein, and over the centuries, it has welcomed numerous nobles within its regal walls. Before the takeover of COPI, it housed the Ministry of Climate, Energy and Buildings.

We take immense pride to have developed this iconic estate, one of the last remaining mansion properties from the late 1600s in Copenhagen. Restoring the original magnificence of the mansion apartments in the heart of Old Copenhagen was truly special, yet challenging endeavor, given the listed property status. However, the result fills me with great pride.
