The property sits beachside, first row to the legendary ‘Hornbæk beach’, one of Denmark’s most famous beaches. It commands unique views of the beach and is a landmark to the town of Hornbæk.Originally, this majestic property was built as a seaside hotel in the 1930s. Then during the 1950s and until this day it functioned as a hospital and rehabilitation centre.

This building of over 5.400 sqm, will be transformed by COPI Group into a luxurious hotel with panoramic sea views and ground floor spaces that provide amenities to all visitors to Hornbæk.The journey of its transformation has begun and the restoration will restore the property to its original roots as a seaside hotel and give the town a sustainable legacy for years to come.
