We are pleased to announce that we have completed the acquisition of the property at Møllegade 26 in Nørrebro, Copenhagen. The transaction is final, with a later handover date agreed upon.

The acquisition has taken place through a positive and constructive process in close collaboration with the seller, Det Frie Gymnasium. The agreement supports the school’s long-term strategy for relocation, and we are proud to have been selected as the buyer after meeting the key criteria set by the school itself.

Looking ahead, we plan to develop the property into student housing — continuing the building’s recent history as a place for growth, community, and homes for young people. The project will be planned and prepared in the period leading up to the school’s relocation in summer 2027.
