We are pleased to announce that we have completed the acquisition of  Kronprinsesse Sofies Vej 35 on Frederiksberg.

The property was previously owned by University College Copenhagen (Københavns Professionshøjskole), and we are proud to have been selected as the buyer following a thorough evaluation. Kronprinsesse Sofies Vej 35 is a historic former industrial property, originally established as a tricotage factory in 1898 and later transformed into an educational institution.

Looking ahead, we plan to transform the total 8.300 sqm property into a vibrant student housing environment, complemented by selected commercial functions at ground level. The ambition is to create a cohesive and creative setting for young people, continuing the property's long-standing role as a place for learning, development, and community.
